Family Law Attorney Chace Phillips

Chace Phillips is a litigator at Mushkatel, Gobbato & Kile, specializing in probate law, including contested guardianships and conservatorships, will and trust disputes, and estate administrations. She also advocates for clients in cases involving elder financial abuse, always approaching each matter with a sharp legal mind, compassion, and a focus on efficient resolution.

Chace is a deaf-friendly and accessibility-focused attorney, committed to making the legal process inclusive and approachable for all clients.

Chace earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Massachusetts School of Law, where she was named to the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court Pro Bono Honor Roll and served as a Teaching Assistant and Academic Fellow. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Arizona State University, graduating magna cum laude and earning Dean’s List recognition.

Her legal experience spans diverse settings, including the Violent Crimes and Narcotics Unit at the Rhode Island Attorney General’s Office, the Maricopa County Judicial Branch, and Los Angeles Dependency Lawyers, where she represented parents in juvenile dependency cases and advocated for due process rights.

Outside of the office, Chace enjoys reading true crime, Chicano memoirs, and high fantasy; singing along to Taylor Swift; experimenting (with hilarious results) in the kitchen; staying active through fitness; and spending time with her English Bulldog, Sutton. She believes that a balanced life is key to being a strong, effective, and accessible advocate for her clients.
